Notice of Office Renovation Project

Normal Business Hours Remain with Limited Lobby Access June 24th to July 29th

We have been working over the past few months to develop a new office design that opens up our lobby to enhance the experience for our members when they visit us in person. The new design will offer a more comfortable environment for any consultation needs while handling any transactional items you have, all at the same time, all with one person on the Member Care Team.

Our goal is for you to receive the service and the convenience you want and deserve as a member of Western Connecticut Federal Credit Union.

The renovation work is scheduled to begin on June 24th and we can’t be more excited to reveal our fresh and updated lobby to all of you!

During the first few weeks of the project, between June 24th and July 29th our lobby space will be limited. We are asking that members make an appointment whenever possible for in person meetings, such as opening a new account, applying for or inquiring about a loan, during this time. We will remain open for regular business hours and all of our services will remain intact and available to you during the renovation. You can use our ATM 24/7 for deposits, and our mobile banking app allows for check deposits anytime as well.

The drive up will be open as usual during normal business hours and can be a great way to take care of any simple transactions you have.
